PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Pho Trading Limited has applied to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council on 3 February 2025 for a new premises licence for the premises Pho, 32 Mount Pleasant Road, Tunbridge Wells TN1 1RB. Summary of the proposed licensable activities and the proposed hours of opening: The sale of alcohol (on and off sales) between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00 daily. The supply of late-night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) between the hours of 23:00 – 23:30 daily. Opening hours 10:00 – 23:30 daily.
Opening and permitted licensable activities from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. Additional hour of opening and permitted activities on day before any bank holiday.
