NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION OF A CLUB

PETTY SESSIONS DISTRICT OF ANTRIM

COUNTY COURT DIVISION OF ANTRIM

TAKE NOTICE that I, William Ward, Secretary of Crumlin Snooker Club having its premises at 53 Main Street, Crumlin intend to apply to Antrim Magistrates Court sitting at Ballymena on the 3rd day of March 2025 at 10.30am for the renewal of registration of the said Club.

Any person who intends to object to the renewal of the registration of the above Club must in accordance with paragraph 4 of Schedule 14 of the above Order serve notice of his or her intention to object upon the applicants and the Clerk of the Petty Sessions not less than one week before the date of the Court sitting at which the application is to be made or the renewal date, as the case may be. The permissible grounds are such as are mentioned in Article

99 (2) and (4) of the above Order.
