What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Worldwide Fruit has applied in respect of Holbeach United Academy, Highbury Drive, Pennyhill Road, Holbeach PE12 7PR for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol and playing of recorded music between the hours of 10:00am and 8:00pm on Saturday 5th July 2025.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 25/02/2025 to the Licensing Team, South Holland District Council, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, PE11 2XE where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
