Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

We Deansbrook Garage Limited hereby give notice that an application was made to Forest of Dean District Council on the 04/02/2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Overbrook Service Station, Drybrook Road, Drybrook, GL17 9JA from which the following licensable activities are proposed: Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption off the premises from 07:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday, and 07:00 to 22:00 on Sundays.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Team Forest of Dean District Council Council Offices High Street Coleford GL16 8HG or online at www.fdean.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 04/03/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 04/02/2025
