NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Details of the application are as follows:

Brief description of proposed licensable activities at the premises: Members Golf Simulator room, with area for relaxing and playing snooker/pool. Bar service for the sale of Refreshments and Alcohol on premises only.

Bar service for the sale of Food on premises only:

Monday – Closed

Tuesday-Wednesday – 11:00 till 22:00

Thursday – 11:00 till 22:30

Friday – 11:00 till 23:30

Saturday – 08:00 till 23:30

Sunday – 08:00 till 18:00

Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ by 07/03/2025

The closing date for representations is: 07/03/2025.

ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
