What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Rana Corporation Limited have applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for Mala, Chapter One Books, 19 Lever Street, Manchester M1 1BY as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 12:00 and 00:00 daily. To permit the provision of late-night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00 daily.
The licence has recently lapsed and so this is an application to reinstate what was there previously.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
