Charles Street - Application to Vary a Premises Licence

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on 4th February 2025 Asda Stores Limited applied to Manchester City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express 51 Charles Street Manchester M1 7DF.
1. To amend the opening hours to 06.00 to 03.00.
2. To amend the alcohol sales hours to 08.00 to 03.00 every day.
3. To add a condition that requires that members of the public are not admitted to the premises between midnight and 03.00.
4. To add a condition that alcohol sales between midnight and 03.00 are permitted by way of delivery only.
NOTE; The purpose of this application is to extend the permitted hours for deliveries only.
Any representations regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester PO Box 532, M60 2LA or email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than 4th March 2025 stating the grounds for representations.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
