What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has
applied to Doncaster Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of premises known as Heron Foods,
High Street, Bentley, Doncaster, DN5 0AA. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol
off the premises Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 21:00 and
Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. The opening hours of the premises
will be Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 21:00 and Sunday
08:00 to 20:00. The postal address of the relevant licensing
authority is set out below and a record of the application
may be inspected there during normal office hours. Anyone
who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to The Licensing
Department, Doncaster Council, The Civic Offices,
Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU, or by email to
licensing@doncaster.gov.uk.
Written representations must be received no later than 7
March 2025.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make
a false statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
