What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 – Notice
Application for variation of a Premises Licence

Punch Partnerships (PTL) Limited has made an application
for variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises
known as The Six Bells Inn, Lyminster Road, Wick,
Littlehampton, BN17 7PS. The variation proposed is as
follows:- 1. Amend the licensing plan in accordance with
the drawing which accompanies the variation. 2. Extend the
opening hours to allow the premises to open daily from
08:00 for the provision of non-licensable activities such as
breakfast, coffee and tea etc. The application is open to
representation from interested parties and responsible
authorities between 11 February 2025 and 10 March 2025.

or email licensing@arun.gov.uk
A public register of all Licensing Act 2003 permissions
and applications is held by Arun District Council, Arun
Civic Centre, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17
5LF, The public register is also available on
www.arun.gov.uk/licence/index.asp
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for this offence is unlimited.
