I,Rose Deli Kitchen give notice that I have applied to Bolsover District Council as Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of the
premises to be known as Rose Deli Kitchen, Food Court, East Midlands, Designer Outlet, Mansfield Road, South Normanton, DE55 2JW
The proposed licensable activities and the hours are Sale/Supply of alcohol 09.00 - 21.00 Monday – Saturday 09.00 - 18.00 Sunday.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire, District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or email licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk not later than 03/03/25

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000
