NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants
Limited has applied to Gosport Borough Council on
7th February 2025 for a premises licence for McDonald’s
Restaurants, 111/112 High Street, Gosport, PO12 1DU for
the provision of late night refreshment between the hours
of 23:00 and 00:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption
on and off the premises.
This application and Licensing Register can be inspected
at the address below during normal office hours. Anyone
wishing to make representation to this proposed application
may send details IN WRITING no later than 7th March
2025 to:- The Licensing Officer, Gosport Borough
Council, Town Hall, High Street, Hampshire, PO12 1EB,
www.gosport.gov.uk. The closing date for representations
is 7th March 2025
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
