What is proposed?

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Cloud Finder Ltd. Does hereby give notice that on 05 February 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a Vape store/off-licence to be known as: Cloud Finder, 6 Wallace Parade, Goring Road Worthing, BN12 4AL. The application seeks to allow the following Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: The Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premise: 09:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Sunday – Thursday & 09:00hrs to 02:00hrs (of the following morning) Friday & Saturday.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: email: licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk post: A&W Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 05 March 2025

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
