Name and Address of Premises: Soresby Street Café, 1 Soresby Street, Chesterfield, S40 1JW
has applied to Chesterfield Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on on or from the premises are: Daily from 08.00 am Indoor plays, films, indoor sporting events, boxing/wrestling, live & recorded music and dance until midnight. On and off sale of alcohol and Late night refreshment until 02.00 am.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
