We, SALSATAPAS LTD of 59 Orchard Grove, Leigh-on- Sea, SS9 5TP, hereby give notice that we have applied for a new Premises Licence in respect of SALSA TAPAS AND GRILL at 8 Baddow Road, Chelmsford CM2 0DG as follows:
Sale of Alcohol (ON and OFF Licence) Sundays to Thursdays from 11.00am until 23.30, Fridays and Saturdays from 11.00am until 00.30am, Late Night Refreshment (ON and OFF Licence) Sundays to Thursdays from 23.00 until 23.30, Fridays and Saturdays from 23.00 until 00.30am, Record Music on Fridays and Saturdays from 23.00 until 00.30am (On Licence). Open and closing the facilities: Sundays to Thursdays from 11.00am until 00.00, Fridays and Saturdays from 11.00am until 01.00am.
No other changes are applied for other than those listed above.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE or by emailing licensing@Chemlsford.gov.uk by not later than 04/03/2025.
The full application can be arranged for viewing upon request with the licensing department. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
