Notice Of Application For A Variation Of A Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to North Lincolnshire Council on 05th February 2025 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Priory Hotel, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN16 2AB.
To vary door supervisor conditions as agreed with Humberside Police.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 05th March 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to:
Public Protection, Licensing Division, PO Box 42, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 6XQ or by email to licensing@northlincs.gov.uk
A copy of the application can be viewed at North Lincolnshire Council, Licensing Department, by appointment at Church Square House, Monday - Friday 09:30 to 16:30 hours.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
