Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Name of applicant: Broughton Community Pub (Hampshire) Limited.

Address of Premises: The Tally Ho, High Street, Broughton, Stockbridge, Hampshire SO20 8AA.

The licensable activities will be for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday Saturday 11:00 - 00:00, Sunday 12:00 – 00:00.

Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so within 28 days of this notice. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours. All representations regarding this application MUST BE IN WRITING and sent to The Licensing Section, Legal and Democratic Services, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover S10 3AJ or www.testvalley.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
