TAKE NOTICE that I, Samuel James Kirk trading as JK Leisure of 12 Tavnaghmore Road, Antrim BT41 2LB intend to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at Antrim on the 3rd day of March 2025 at 10.00am for the renewal of a Gaming Machine Certificate.

Attached to the notice served on the Clerk of Petty Sessions is the receipt of the Department for Communities issued under Article 172(3) of the above order in respect of payment of the charge specified in Article 172(l)(k) and the Gaming Machine Certificate.
