APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

We LUCY & MATTHEW ROBERTS have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for : Field rear of Roberts Farm, Ashwood Fieldhouse Farm, Kingswinford, West Midlands, DY6 0AA. (WHAT3WORDS Reference – belong.refilled.january)

So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours:
Sale of Alcohol, Performance of Dance, Playing of Live Music Monday to Friday 12 noon to 1030pm; Saturday 11am – 11pm; Sunday 11am to 10pm
Recorded Music Monday to Friday 10am to 1030pm; Saturday 10am – 11pm; Sunday 10am to 10pm

licensing@sstaffs.gov.uk to arrange inspection of the application details.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 07/03/25. 
Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.

Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
