NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION OF A CLUB
TAKE NOTICE that I, James Kirk, Chairperson of Minnesota Snooker Club having its premises at 62 Cullybackey Road, Ballymena intend to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at Ballymena on the 26th day of March 2025 for the renewal of registration of the said Club.
Any person who intends to object to the renewal of the registration of the above Club must in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Schedule 14 part 1 of the above Order serve notice of his or her intention to object upon the applicant and the Clerk of the Petty Sessions not less than one week before the date of the Court sitting at which the application is to be made or the renewal date, as the case may be.
The permissible grounds are such as are mentioned in Article 99(2) and (4) of the above Order.
