What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Jingdong Retail (UK) Limited
has applied to Central Bedfordshire Council for the grant
of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known
as Baytree Park, Unit 1, Grendall Lane, Houghton Regis,
Dunstable, LU5 6GJ. The proposed licensable activities
and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises
Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours). Alcohol sales
will be made on-line only. The opening hours of the
premises will be Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00
(24 hours). Persons wishing to make representations in
respect of this application may do so by emailing
licensing@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk by the 6 March
2025. A copy of the application is also held by Central
Bedfordshire Council, Licensing Team and may be viewed
upon request.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
