I Onur Akgul hereby give notice that I have applied for a new premises licence in respect of chicken point exeter, 46 sidwell street, exeter, ex4 6ns.
The licence is for following activities Late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 11am - 3am
Further information can be viewed on the application at the offices of the licensing authority of Exeter city council, the civic centre, Paris street, Exeter ex1 1jn during normal office hours or at applications in progress- exeter city council
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the council about the application. Such representations must be made no later than 26 February 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to unlimited fine.
