TAKE NOTICE, Riley’s Loft LTD, has made an application, pursuant to Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for a Premises Licence to be
granted in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows: Provision of Live Music (Indoors) Tuesday –Thursday 13:00 – 23:00, Friday to Sunday 13:00 – 00:00. None-standard hours New Years eve 13:00 – 02:00
Provision of Recorded Music (Indoors) Tuesday to Thursday 12:00 – 00:00, Friday – Saturday 12:00 – 01:00 and Sunday 12:00 – 00:00.
None-standard hours New Years eve 00:00 – 02:00
Sale of Alcohol by retail (On and off the premises) Monday to Thursday 13:00 – 23:00, Friday 13:00 – 00:30,Saturday 12:00 – 01:00
and Sunday 12:00 – 00:00.

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL or by the online portal. The final date for representations is 2359hrs on 01/03/2025
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a
person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale.
