NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT 2MS Ccr Limited has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 30th January 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Tigermilk, Ground Floor and Basement, 127-133 Charing Cross Road, London, WC2H 0EW the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23:00 – 23:30 Friday to Saturday 23:00 – 00:00. The sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 23:30 Friday and Saturday 09:00 – 00:00 and Sunday 09:00 – 22:30 as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 27th February 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
