What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice of application on 29 January 2025 to Watford Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence by LSA Retail Telscombe Ltd for Ali Bhavan Supermarket, Ground Floor, Gade House, 46 The Parade, Watford, WD17 1AZ, to allow for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 08:00-22:00 hours Monday - Saturday and 12:00 - 18:00 hours on Sundays.
Any representations in respect of the application to be submitted in writing to the Licensing Authority, Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX, or to licensing@watford.gov.uk by 26 February 2025.
A record of the application can be inspected at the Council offices (above) during office hours or via www.watford.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
