What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Application For A New Premises Licence 

I/We, Adrian White/Go Whites Limited, of Office 4, 24 Windsor Place, Cardiff CF10 3BY, have applied to Cardiff Council for the grant of a premises licence for the above premises.

The licensable activities will include the retail sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises as part of an online grocery delivery service. Orders will be processed and dispatched from the premises, with deliveries fulfilled by third-party courier services such as Deliveroo and UberEats. No public access or collection from the premises will be permitted.

Proposed licensable hours: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption Off the Premises:
08:00 AM - 03:00 AM (Monday - Sunday, 7 days a week) The application was submitted on 6th February 2025.
