Notice is hereby given that We YGC Partners Ltd have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as
Pennine Garden Centre, Huddersfield Rd, Shelley, Huddersfield, HD8 8LF
FOR Monday to Friday 09:00am to 20:00pm
Saturday 09:00am - 20:00pm
Sunday 09:00am - 20:00pm
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by Thursday 6th March 2025
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
