METRO STATION, LYNDHURST AVENUE, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE NE2 3HH NOTICE is given that an application has been made for a new premises licence, to trade as a café / bistro, as follows: (1) Supply of alcohol (on/off) 08:00 to 18:30 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 to 22:30 Friday and Saturday (on sales to commence at 10:00 and end 30 minutes before closure); (2) Opening hours and Exhibition of Film 08:00 to 18:30 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 to 22:30 Friday and Saturday. An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk Representations must be received by 4rd March 2025.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed at http://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
