What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

A new premises licence application has been made by Wroot Rocks Ltd, to licence the following premises:
Land adjacent to Old Bank End Farm, Bank End Road, Finningley, Doncaster, DN9 3NT
The proposed application is to apply to carry out the following activities:
Sale of alcohol and provision of live music at a folk music festival taking place on three consecutive days, once a year.
The proposed hours to carry out the above activities are:
Fri 15:00 – 23:00
Sat 11:00 – 23:00
Sun 11:00 – 23:00
The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Department, Doncaster Council, The Civic Offices, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU. Written representations must be received no later than 21st February 2025.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine.
