What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Hickory’s (ROS) Limited
have applied to Milton Keynes Council on 31st January
2025 for a variation to a premises licence to use the
premises at the: Hickory’s Smokehouse, Bletcham Way,
Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, MK7 8HP. To apply to vary:
The licensing plan for conversion of the existing trade area
into a Hickory’s Smokehouse. To add the exhibition of
films: Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00, Friday and
Saturday 10:00 to 01:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 23:30
To remove/replace Annex 2 conditions. For full and further
details please refer to the application and proposed plan.
Any part of the variation application that changes the
plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work
has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a
representation in relation to this application must give
notice in writing of his/her representation by 28th February
2025 stating the grounds for making said representation
to: Licensing, Milton Keynes City Council, Civic, 1 Saxon
Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ or by email to
licensing@milton-keynes.gov.uk The application may be
viewed by prior arrangement with Milton Keynes City
Council, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9
3EJ between 9am and 5.15pm Monday to Friday please call
01908 252800 or view online at www.milton-keynes.gov.uk
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by
the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have
regard to any such representation in considering the
application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the
Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in or in connection with an application for
premises licence and the maximum fine on summary
conviction is unlimited.
