Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence

Mojo Pizza & Fast Food Ltd has made an application to Bolton Council for a new Premises licence for: Mojo’s, 90-92 Bradshawgate, Bolton, BL1 1QQ.

The details of the application are as follows:

Late Night Refreshment (Indoors): Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 05:00

Opening hours: Monday – Sunday 11:00 – 05:30

The application can be viewed at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive.

Any representations to the Council regarding the application must be made during the period of 28 consecutive days starting the day after the application was lodged with the Council. The last day for representations to be made is 21st February 2025.

All representations must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Team in writing or via email.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
