What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Stephen Hawkes, have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL for a premises licence for: Tina We Salute You, 2 Olympic Park Avenue, London, E20 1FT.

So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours:

  • Supply of alcohol

    • Monday to Saturday: 12:00 – 02:00
    • Sunday: 12:00 – 00:00
  • Provision of recorded music

    • Monday to Saturday: 12:00 – 00:00
  • Provision of plays / performances of live music / films

    • Monday to Sunday: 16:00 – 23:00

Newham Council’s Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Town Hall, 328 Barking Road, East Ham, E6 2RP, open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Tel: 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 5th March 2025.

Individuals, businesses, and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of:

  • Prevention of crime and disorder
  • Public safety
  • Prevention of public nuisance
  • Protection of children from harm

Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations may be required to appear at the Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee.

Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000, for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
