LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE

Mr Ozgur Yeter hereby confirms by way of notice that an application has been submitted to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:- The Inkspot, 3 Market Street, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 6HX.
Licensable activities applied for:-
• Films, Live and Recorded Music, anything similar to music and dance:- Everyday - 11:00 – 01:00 (midnight in the function room.
• Sale of alcohol:- Everyday:- 08:00 – 01:00 (midnight in the function room).
• Late night refreshment:- Everyday 23:00 – 01:00 (midnight in the function room).
• Opening hours applied for:-
Every day:- 08:00 – 01:30 (00:30 in the function room).

A Register is held at the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected by appointment at the offices of Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, ST13 6HQ by appointment between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 16.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or can be viewed here: http://www.staffsmoorlands.gov.uk/article/443/ Current-licenceapplications. A responsible authority or any other person may make representations in writing to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council Licensing Team by 26 February 2025.
