What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL for a premises licence under the above Act on 23rd January 2025.

ADA Parmar Ltd of Go Local, 6 Arden Buildings Station Road, Dorridge, Solihull, B93 8HH proposes to carry out the following licensable activities: Supply of alcohol. The proposed days and hours of licensable activities are Monday to Sunday - 7:00am to 22:00pm

The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Licensing Team, The Core, Theatre Square, Homer Road, Solihull, B91 3RG.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Team Leader at the above address within 28 days of this notice – this being the 20th February 2025

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
