NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE (“SEV”) LICENCE

WE, KAAGO HOLDINGS LIMITED, Oakwood House, Guildford Road, Bucks Green, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 3JJ, applied to the City of Edinburgh Council for the Variation of a Licence to operate an SEV at Baby Dolls, 2 Lauriston Street, Edinburgh EH3 9DJ, the variation sought is to allow the premises to operate as an SEV on Mondays to Saturdays from 11:00am to 3:00am and on Sundays from 12:30pm to 3:00am during the Festive Period and the period of the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe. The existing SEV Licence and current licensed hours otherwise remain unchanged.
Anyone wishing to object or make representations about this application must do so in writing to the City of Edinburgh Council at licensing@edinburgh.gov.uk no later than 28 days from the date of this notice and should specify the grounds of the objection or representation and their name and address.
