Application to Vary a Premises Licence

Notice is herby given that: Mark Audrain has applied to the Licensing Authority at Bassetlaw District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 at Babworth Road Sports and Social Club.
The proposed variation is to: Reduce the licensable area (removing sports field).
Full details of the application can be viewed at Bassetlaw District Council Offices between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday (by appointment only). Any person wishing to make a relevant representation on this application must do so in writing by the following date 17th February 2025. This must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives namely crime and disorder, public nuisance, public safety or protection of children from harm. To: Licensing Section, Bassetlaw District Council, Queen's Buildings, Potter Street, Worksop, S80 2AH.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
