Notice is hereby given that Sibu Kia Ltd has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Chili Padi (Former Finbarrs Restaurant), Aykley Heads House, Aykley Heads, Durham, DH1 5TS for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Provision of Recorded Music and Anything of a similar Description and Provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:00. Sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday (Consumption on and off the premises) Monday to Sunday 12:00 -23:30 Good Friday plus 1 hour. All other Bank Holidays an additional hour on the day preceding the Bank Holiday.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
