What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mark Harvey has applied for a premises licence to Broadland District Council in relation to The Living Room Aylsham, 15 Red Lion Street, Aylsham, Norwich NR11 6ER to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:

Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On and Off the premises

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00hrs – 23:30hrs
  • Sunday: 10:00hrs – 21:30hrs

Any person wishing to object to the grant of the Licence should write to the Licensing Team, Broadland District Council, The Horizon Centre, Broadland Business Park, Norwich NR7 0WF.

The licensing register can be inspected during the Council’s normal opening hours at the Council offices. Such written representation must be received by 21/02/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
