What is proposed?

Mr. William Wynn is applying to vary a premises licence for Cafe Bar 21, 19-21 The Avenue, Minehead, Somerset TA24 5AY.
The proposed amendments/variations to the licence are as follows:
All regulated entertainment from 09:00-03:00, plays, films, indoor sporting events, wrestling or boxing entertainments,live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything similar to live music, recorded music or performance of dance, late night refreshments and supplying alcohol.

Or you can be make an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team to view the application in person, at the council offices at Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton, TA1 1HE, by phoning 0300 123 2224.
Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection by Wednesday 26th February 2025.Representations can be made online on the ‘object to a licensing application’ page on the council website, or by email to somersetwestenquiries@somerset.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 on the standard scale.
