High Street, Radstock - For A Variation of A Premises Licence
What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that: We, One Stop Stores Limited, have applied to the Licensing Authority at Bath & North East Somerset Council for a variation of a Premises Licence located at: One Stop, 130-133 High Street, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, BA3 2DA.
The application proposes to vary:
• The hours authorised by the licence of the licensable activity: sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises to 06:00-00:00, Monday-Sunday.
• Update the opening hours to 06:00-00:00, Monday- Sunday
• Add an additional licensable activity: the provision of latenight refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday- Sunday, 23:00-00:00.
• Remove the old 1964 Act embedded restrictions on Good Friday and Christmas Day and embedded conditions in Annex 1.
Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations in connection to this application must do so by writing to the Licensing Authority at Bath & North East Somerset Council, Licensing Services, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JG. Or via email to Licensing@bathnes.gov.uk, no later than 13/02/2025.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations must be made in writing. All valid representations will be disclosed at a Hearing of the Licensing Authority, if necessary.
The record of the application is kept at the public register of the Licensing Authority, the record of the application can be inspected by appointment at the Licensing Authority’s address, Bath & North East Somerset Council, Licensing Services, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JG, during normal office hours or viewed online at www.bathnes.gov.uk/ licensingregister.
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
