NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for the variation of a Premises Licence has been
made by Plyvine Catering Ltd to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as Tipton Sports Academy Social Club which are situated at Wednesbury Oak Road, Tipton. DY4 0BS

The proposed variation is as follows:
To add boxing entertainment to the current premises licence.
Proposed variation includes additional conditions to be added.

A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing
Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE,
during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities
regarding the application must be made in writing to: General
Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO
Box 2374, Oldbury, B69 3DE or via email using
licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk, by: 14/02/2025 
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5
(unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with the application.
