Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied for a new premises licence for Co-op Temporary Store, Car Park, 44 Newlands Park Drive, Scarborough YO12 6DJ for use during refurbishment of the main store. The licensable activity is sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday between 07:00-22:00. Conditions will apply.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough YO11 2HG or by email to licensing.sca@ northyorks.gov.uk by 14 February 2025. The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at Council Offices or at www.northyorks.gov.uk/licensing-andregistration It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
