LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 SECTION 2, SCHEDULE 3: CONTROL OF SEX ESTABLISHMENTS

Notice of Application for Renewal of a Licence for a Sex Establishment Notice is hereby given that I, Ben Hughes, (MT Trading Limited T/A Scandals) of C/O Wainwrights Accountants, Faversham House, Wirral International Business Park, Old Hall Road, Bromborough, Wirral, United Kingdom, CH62 3NX applied on 15.01.2025 to Wirral Borough Council, in respect of the premises known as Scandals Adult Superstore of 4 Marion Street, Birkenhead, CH41 6LT. Under the Provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, for a licence to use the premises referred to above as:

i) a Sex Shop. During the intended opening hours of: 9.00am to 8pm Monday to Saturday (inclusive) and 10am to 5pm Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Any person wishing to object to this application should make such objection in writing to: Licensing Authority, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED no later than 28 days after the date of the application, stating the grounds for objection.
