has applied to North East Derbyshire District Council for a Premises Licence for

Ashover, Chesterfield, S45 0BN
to sell or supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 21.30 including Bank holidays
Any person intending to make a relevant representations on this application should submit
them in writing by not later than Monday, 17th February 2025 to the Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, District Council Offices, Mill Lane, Wingerwortth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6NG or by e-mailing
licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk.
The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to contact the Licensing Section beforehand on 01246217884 / 217885 to arrange an appointment.
