NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I OSCA Foundation at Forest Cottage have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Forest Community Centre, Cousin Lane, Halifax, HX2 8AD
Have applied for the following activities and times as stated below: Extension of the current licence for the sale of Alcohol and provision of Music for the additional hours as shown below. Saturday 23:00 to 00:00, Sunday 00:00 to 01:00
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 5th February 2025
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
