Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that MOHAMED MOUEMEN has applied to the BCP Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Premises: Bushika, 15 Lansdowne Road Bournemouth BH1 1RZ.

The proposed licensable activity is: sale and supply of alcohol on the premises 0700hrs - 2200hrs daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. licensing@bcpcouncil.co.uk no later than 28/02/2025.

The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address. Full details of the application can be viewed at www.bournemouth.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence of an unlimited fine of level 5 on the standard scale.
