The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:
1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 1000 and 2400 Monday to Saturday and 1200 and 2330 Sunday.
2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 0030 Monday to Saturday and 2300 and 2400 Sunday.
3. The provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 Monday to Saturday and 2300 and 2330 Sunday.
4. Opening hours between 0900 and 0030 Monday to Saturday and 0900 and 2400 Sunday.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 11 February 2025. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
