Public Notice Licensing Act 2003

To whom it may concern:

We Burning Nest Ltd. do hereby give notice that we have applied to the licensing authority at Teignbridge District Council for a new premises license.

At: Ugbrooke House & Gardens, Chudleigh, Newton Abbot, TQ13 0AD

and known as: Ugbrooke House and Gardens (Grounds)

The application is to: Provide performance of both Recorded and Live music between the dates of 25th May 2025 and the 1st June 2025

Between the hours of: 25th May – 27th May – 1000-2200 (inaudible at the boundary of the premises at all times)

28th May - 1000-0200 (inaudible at the boundary after 2300) 29th May – 1000-0400 (inaudible at the boundary after 2300) 30th May- 1000-0400 (inaudible at the boundary after 2300) 01st June – 1000-2200

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager at Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Rd, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX not later than 17th February 2025 Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.
