Notice is hereby given that on 16th January 2025, Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to Dudley Council for a variation to the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Royal Hotel, 54 Castle Street, Bilston,WV14 9DP.

The proposed variation is: Sale of Alcohol - 10:00 – 00:00 Sun – Thurs & 10:00 – 01:00 Fri – Sat; Inclusion of Off-Sales as an activity; Addition of Live & Recorded Music Mon –Wed 10:00 – 23:30; Removal of reference to ‘Lounge Area’; Amendment to Non-StandardTimings;Updates to Annexe 2 Conditions.Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing, Environment,Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW or by email to liquor.licensing@dudley.gov.uk no later than 12th February 2025, stating the grounds for representations. A copy of the full application can be viewed by arrangement with the Licensing Authority at the above address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
