What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that I, Nirique Murdock, have applied to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises License in respect of LA’NIZ Café, 338 Stratford Rd, Shirley, Birmingham, B90 3DN.
The proposed licensable activity is: Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises.
The proposed hours are:
• Sale of Alcohol: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Anyone wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Section, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Council House, Manor Square, Solihull, B91 3QB.

Representations must be received no later than 14th January 2025.

A copy of the application can be viewed during normal office hours at the council offices. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for doing so is £5,000.
