TAKE NOTICE, BTID Events Ltd has made an application, pursuant to Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows:
Clause to be removed from the license:
32. Children shall not be permitted entry to the premises, save for occasions when specific children's discos are organised. On those occasions, only soft drinks will be available from the premises.
To be replaced with:
32. There will be no unaccompanied children on the premise, each child must have a guardian (who is over 18) or parent present. Unless the event is an under 18's disco, where no alcohol will be served anyway.

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL.
The final date for representations is Mon 10th Feb at 23:59
